Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery within Egypt usually takes 1–4 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that Fridays are not counted as a delivery day.

 

Delivery Experience

Our courier will contact you before arrival to confirm delivery details.

You are allowed to inspect your order upon delivery while the courier is present.

If You Change Your Mind

If the item is not what you expected, you may refuse the order at the door.

In this case, only the shipping fee will be charged.
